Fromagerie Soignon

In 1895 in the village of Saint-Martin-de-Saint-Maixent was created the Soignon dairy cooperative, named after the river that runs through the village.
Today, nationally known, the cheese factory has developed on the French territory and continues its production here of its famous goat log Soignon.

The store is open all year round from Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 1.30pm and on Saturday from 8am to 12pm.
