Senior Workshops Offered by the CIAS.
They are open to anyone over the age of 60 and caregivers residing in the Haut Val de Sèvre region.
Balance Workshop: Improving Your Balance, starting in August 2026.
Led by an occupational therapist, this workshop aims to prevent falls but, more broadly, to support participants as they navigate a new life stage: being a senior. An introspective and dynamic experience in very small groups, with individualized attention.
