A new adventure for this team previously based at the Orangerie de Soudan for over 15 years.
In the heart of Saint-Maixent-l'Ecole, at the end of a pretty courtyard, Ludovic and Sébastien Brunet have restored a typical Deux-Sévrienne building to open their new restaurant "Rest'o11".
The restaurant features two cosy rooms with stone walls and exposed beams, one on the first floor, the other on a mezzanine accessible by a superb stone staircase.
