    In 2020, the TROGNE de CHÈVRE cheese factory was created within the GAEC des TROGNES and offers several types of farmhouse GOAT cheese made from RAW MILK: tome, lactic cheeses: the GRAND Rond, the P'ti rond, the CARRÉ Long and SURPRISE cheeses depending on the season, yoghurts, cottage cheese and faisselle.
