La Brasserie du Val de Sèvre brews and sells La Belette organic, unfiltered and unpasteurized craft beers* and craft lemonades. David OLLIVIER uses local raw materials and, in 2020, set up a micro-hop plant.
The beers have been brewed for 10 years in Haut Val de Sèvre, produced in small batches and bottled on site in the traditional French brewing tradition.
