The mill produces a variety of flours from Deux Sèvres wheat. The flours and other products are intended for both professional and private customers.
We also sell cakes and cake mixes, such as caramel cake, fig and honey cake, lemon cake...
We are members of a group of small millers called "Petits Moulins de France".
Direct sales to individuals at the Mill, Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 5pm.
